ÆGILITY is the coaching and training arm of Lyaeus GmbH and specializes in the application of Agile Organisational values and principles to both our own company and the services we provide our customers.
We provide three main services to our clients:

Christopher is a delivery focussed senior executive with a proven track record in building high performing teams and delivering large business critical programs and projects, especially in financial services and wealth management.
Successful projects have included:
- Assisting a major international bank by project managing the successful on-time implementation of the Avaloq Banking Suite and other internal systems
- Project Management of an AML Transaction Monitoring system implementation
- Project and program management for a bank’s global program to address the business structure, operational and IT system impacts of the Basel II regulations relating to Group Treasury
- Development of eTraining material for the Avaloq banking system and acting as an instructor for Avaloq online eLearning courses
- Design and delivery of a data governance framework for a major credit card processor, to improve data quality and security
- Analysis of business process and system enhancements for hedge fund trading on the Avaloq banking system

Pascal Willi (Consultant)
Pascal is an experienced project, event and community manager. He has been managing projects primarily for international NGOs and in the energy sector. He has extensive experience in quality, process, regulatory, change and culture management.
The individual is always at the center of his attention. The constant, interdisciplinary exchange and the involvement of all team members is the key to successful teamwork and the ability to master complex, adaptive assignments in constantly changing environments. He is currently working as a consultant for for finaplana.
